Overview
Mobai Ledger (hereinafter "the App") is a fully offline iOS bookkeeping application. We take your privacy seriously.
Core principle: Your bookkeeping data is stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload, or store any of your personal financial data.
Data We Do Not Collect
The following data is stored only on your device and is inaccessible to us:
- Transaction records (income, expenses, transfers)
- Account information and balances
- Categories and tags
- Photos and screenshots you import
- Voice input audio
- AI model inference results
Device Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions. All processing is done locally:

Third-Party Advertising
To keep the App free, we integrate third-party ad SDKs that may collect the following information:
Google AdMob (outside mainland China)
- Device identifier (IDFA, requires your consent)
- Ad impression and interaction data
- Basic device information (model, OS version)

How to stop ad data collection: Purchase "Remove Ads" in the App. This completely disables ad SDK loading, eliminating all ad-related data collection.
In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases (remove ads, support the developer) via Apple StoreKit. All transactions are processed by Apple — we have no access to your payment information. See Apple Privacy Policy.
Data Storage & Security
- All bookkeeping data is stored in the app's local sandbox using Apple SwiftData
- AI model files are stored within the app sandbox after download
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data, which cannot be recovered
- The App does not offer cloud sync or backup
Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
